This advanced course was originally written for nurses as part of their 'Degree in Complementary Medicine' at a UK University. That information has been extended in our correspondence course to make it suitable for people without a medical background.

Our aim was to make the course notes understandable, concise and checkable. The 'padding' subjects found in similar courses are abridged, while the important issues of the oils, their safety and therapeutic uses are far more detailed in comparison. See reviews

Our course contains more checkable references than you will find on the numerous overpriced and low quality aromatherapy courses being offered. The pages in the 'Word' files (CD only) are mainly single line spaced with 1 inch margins. Therefore, the information supplied is extensive and covers well over 500 pages.

The mailed CD has the .exe for Pcs; a Mac version and Word formats. The Word version is licensed for printing a single copy on your printer.

The download version is a single linked .exe file (print disabled). This is very useful for studying on the computer. It has its own browser with side index and a word search facility. It is also in full colour.

    All applicants for this course must submit a standard application form before being accepted - please ask for a copy.

1) Only those overseas applicants with a good understanding of written English can be accepted. This is because we do not want to risk any misunderstandings where important issues of people's health and safety are concerned.

2) This material may not be used by other aromatherapy teachers. Using the materials for any teaching purposes without agreement would breach the author's copyrights.

Option 2.
 The correspondence course plus practical training.

Everything in option 1, plus massage and other practical training with Frances Fewell on specially structured weeks/weekends. It would also include full notes on massage and a video.

UK students only qualifying on this option will be eligible for admission to the British Register of Complementary Practitioners.

Fees:
 As option 1, plus £100 per day for massage/practical tuition. The dates and study days are negotiated with the tutor.

Note: Anyone who has a previous qualification in massage will be required to undergo assessment of their skills and knowledge before a certificate is awarded on the above course. Please ask for details.
