Terms of trading:

Paper, CD or download publications are NOT sold on approval, but sample pages or files can be emailed upon request.

Compact discs and downloads: These will not be refunded if dissatisfied. The publishers obligation is to replace any faulty discs or files. The publisher can provide information and samples to ensure a customer knows what they are buying. This is intended to prevent people who will copy a disc and return the original for refund.

Software compatibility: It is the customers responsibility to read the information provided on this site - or to ask for further information - to ensure that a compact disc is suitable for their computer system. All mailed CDs now have versions for both PC and MAC.

Goods are dispatched only after receipt of payment, or in the case of credit cards, after the payments has been cleared.

Overseas deliveries are only insured if requested and paid for by the customer.
