Returns, Disputes and Product Difficulties


To date, we have yet to accept any returns of our high quality poppers products. This isn’t because we are refusing to take them – this is because none of our customers have thus far been dissatisfied with our service!

That being said, even the very best online poppers shop service struggles to be 100% perfect, 100% of the time. To this end, we have put together guidance notes on how to dispute or return a product to our popper shop.

Disputes over Postage

Every time we send out a parcel, we get a proof of postage certificate to prove that we have done so. If your product does not arrive, this is because the mail service has lost it. You may wish to check with us to see that we have posted it, in which case you will be shown the postage receipt. The receipt will help you to claim back money from the Royal Mail (the service provider we use).

Are you Dissatisfied with our Products?

We do our utmost to ensure that our high quality poppers solutions reach you in nothing but perfect order. If this is not the case, then we can assure you that the product was in perfect working order, before it left our warehouse. However, we do understand that the British postal system has been known to cause damage or loss of parcels.

We will keep a proof of postage for each and every product that we send out. If your deployment of best UK poppers does not reach you in undamaged condition, we can provide you with this proof of postage to allow you to take up your case with the Royal Mail – the service we use.

Each standard parcel is insured up to the value of £20. Since our brilliant room odourisers are all very affordable, this more than adequately covers the costs you have incurred.

Product is Not Wanted

On the rare occasion that our affordable poppers you can buy online arrive at your address and you decide you no longer want them; we do accept returns. Provided the bottle is unopened and the seal has not been tampered with. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns that have been opened.

Any Other Product Difficulties

It is very important to us that our product is of the best possible quality. If you have any other issues with any of our UK poppers range, then we urge you to contact us. We do our best to make sure that our poppers reach you in great condition – so if they don’t let us know!

We accept no responsibility for any adverse effects our products may have – particularly on those who choose to use them incorrectly.
